The Processional: Coordination of the wedding party and music cues.
Hospitality: Guest greeting and ushering to ensure everyone is settled.
Supplier Liaison: Point of contact for your officiant and musicians.
Includes up to 3 hours of on-site coordination.
Seamlessly bridge the gap between your vows and the party. Investment: $700
Dual Venue Setup: Execution of both ceremony and reception decor.
Timeline Management: Oversight of guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, and the transition into reception/speeches.
Movement Coordination: Getting the wedding party and guests where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Vendor Management: Handling all on-site suppliers so you can stay in the moment.
Consultation: Includes (1) pre-wedding planning meeting.
Includes up to 6 hours of on-site coordination.
The ultimate peace-of-mind package. I am the first one there and the last one to leave. Investment: $1000
All-Day Oversight: Morning check-ins and management of the entire day’s itinerary.
Full Production: Complete setup of ceremony and reception spaces.
Logistics Mastery: Locating and organizing the wedding party, managing music cues, and testing mics.
Total Time Management: From guest arrival and cocktail hour to cake cutting, first dances, and late-night festivities.
